Houseboats
We require the renter to be 25 years of age to rent a houseboat. Upon arrival there must be 2 people 25 years of age. A copy of the renter’s valid driver’s license and co-captain’s is required at check in.

Houseboats may be operated only during daylight hours. All captains are required to go through a complete orientation on the houseboat handling and operation.

Boarding and Return
In Season – Boarding days are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, & Mondays. Value, Spring, Fall, days are flexible.

In Season – Check in times are 9:00AM, 10:00AM, 12:00PM or 2:00PM. Return time is 2:00 or 4:00PM.

Please plan one to two hours for the captains to complete the onboard orientation, then the rest of the party may come aboard. Late arrivals will be charged $100.00 for after hour departures.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received 90 or more days to arrival will result in a refund of your booking fee less 50%. Any cancellation made within 89 to 76 days of arrival will result in the loss of the entire booking fee. Any cancellation made within 75 days of arrival will result in the loss of the entire rental fee. We do not refund any money for weather or lake levels.

A $200.00 fee will be charged for a change in dates or reservations inside the 90 day mark.

Cleaning and Damage Deposit
Your deposit will be used for any extra cleaning, outstanding charges, loss or damage done to the boat.

Fuel
Gas tanks filled at renter’s expense upon return of rental.

Reservation Procedure
A $1000.00 booking fee is required for the Orion & Genesis with 7 days of making the reservation.
A $700.00 booking fee on all other houseboats.

Payments can be made in form of Check, Money Order, Visa, MC, or Discover. Upon check in a refundable cleaning and damage deposit in the form of cash or authorization on a credit card in the amount of $600.00, $1000.00 or $1500.00 depending on boat type is required.

A surcharge of $50.00 per person over advertised occupancy will apply (maximum 2).

Personal checks accepted only when received 75 days prior to arrival.

Deposits double on Mothers Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
We will only accept payment from the person renting the boat.

Final Payment
Payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival. You may send a Check or Money Order. We will only accept payment from the person who rented the boat. You reservation can be cancelled without notice if payment is not received in full by this time. Personal checks accepted only when received 75 days prior to arrival.

Damage Wavier
An optional damage wavier is available for houseboats. Damage wavier is daily and non-refundable.

Linen Packs
Linen packs are available by request only and at a charge of $195.00 you must give 21 days advance notice.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome on certain houseboats ONLY And must be accompanied by owner. Only one pet per houseboat is allowed for an additional charge of $10.00 per night. Pets are welcome only on the Deluxe Lakecruiser and Flybridge.

NO EXCEPTIONS, Strictly enforced. Do not bring your pet unless on a “pet boat”

Returned Check Fee
There will be a fee of $25.00 for any returned checks.

All cancellations must be in writing.
