CABIN RENTAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Requirements
We require the renter to be 21 years of age to rent the cabin. Cabin rental fees are due 75 days prior to arrival. Arrangements must be made for arriving after hours.
Arrival Times
Summer Season arrival is 3PM and departure is 9 AM.
Value, Spring and Fall Seasons arrival and departure times are flexible with a 2-night minimum. During Summer Season the cabins rent weekly only Saturday to Saturday.
Occupancy
Cabin rates based on minimum number of occupants. To include up to the maximum limit there will be additional charges added per person per night. See cabin rates for prices. Children 5 and under are free.
Boat Moorage
Boat moorage is not included in the cabin rental fee. Cabin customers have first availability.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome and must be accompanied by owner. Only one pet per cabin is allowed for an additional charge of $10.00 per night.
Reservation Procedures
A $300.00 booking fee is required within 7 days of making reservation. 75 days
prior to arrival balance is due in full. Payments can be made in the form of
Check, Money Order, authorization on Visa, or M/C, or Discover. We will only
accept payment from the person who rented the cabin. Upon arrival a refundable cleaning and damage deposit in the amount of $300.00 for all cabins will be required. Personal checks accepted when received 60 days prior
to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received 90 days prior to arrival will result in a refund
of your deposit less 50%. Any cancellation made between 89 and 76 days of arrival will result in the loss of the entire booking fee. Any cancellation made within 75 days of arrival will result in the loss of the entire rental fee. If the cabin can be re-rented,
your payment may be refunded less a $300.00 service charge. All
cancellations must be in writing.
Cleaning and Damage Deposit
Your deposit will be used for any extra cleaning, outstanding charges, lost or damage done to the boat resulting from negligent use of, or activity in the cabin.
Final Payment
Payment is due in full 75 days prior to arrival. You may send check, money order
or casher's checkr. Your reservation can be cancelled
without notice if we do not receive payment in full by that time. Personal
checks accepted when received 75 days prior to arrival.
Returned Check Fee
There will be a fee of $25.00 for any returned checks.
